Consultation & Optional 3D Scan
A focused clinical conversation with Dr Nadeem — no sales team, no pressure. We listen and honestly assess your suitability. A £50 refundable holding deposit secures your appointment. It’s refunded in full if no CBCT scan is taken — or if you bring an existing CBCT with you. If you’d like a full treatment plan, a 3D CBCT scan is required (£125 one jaw, £200 upper & lower) — the only way to plan implant treatment accurately.
Treatment Day
Under local anaesthesia, 4–6 implants are placed. Remaining failing teeth removed. You leave the same day with a full set of fixed provisional teeth.
Healing & Integration
Over 3–6 months, titanium fuses permanently with your bone. You are fully functional with your provisional teeth throughout. We monitor every step.
Your Final Smile

Most of our All-on-X cases are comfortably completed under local anaesthetic alone. For patients who need more support, we offer two further options — honest about what each involves, and what each costs. There is no judgement in choosing any of them.
Local Anaesthetic
The option we use for the vast majority of our full-arch implant cases.
Before any injection, we apply a topical numbing gel to your gums so that even the injection itself is barely noticeable. The treatment area is then numbed completely with local anaesthetic. You remain fully awake and aware, but feel no pain throughout the procedure. Most patients tell us afterwards that it was far less uncomfortable than they had expected — and many are surprised how calm they felt once treatment was underway.

Lorazepam Oral Sedative
A gentle anti-anxiety tablet taken shortly before your appointment — takes the edge off without putting you to sleep.
Widely used for anxious dental patients. You stay conscious and cooperative throughout the procedure, just meaningfully calmer. Many of our anxious patients find this is all the support they need, and combines well with local anaesthetic.
- We provide a private prescription at no extra charge — you collect the medication from your pharmacy. Pharmacy fees vary; Lorazepam itself is inexpensive.

IV Sedation
For patients who need deeper calm than oral sedation can offer.
A qualified, separately-registered sedationist attends your appointment specifically for your case. You stay conscious and breathe on your own throughout, but drift into a very relaxed, dream-like state where the procedure often feels like it passed in a blur. Many patients have little memory of the surgery afterwards.

An honest note from Dr Nadeem: most patients who try local-only tell us afterwards that they would not have chosen sedation had they known how comfortable it was. Metal-reinforced monolithic zirconia — not PMMA acrylic, not resin hybrid. Zirconia is the strongest, most durable material available for full-arch bridges. Cheaper clinics charge less because they use cheaper materials.

3D digital planning
CBCT scanning and the 3Shape Trios intra-oral scanner allow implant positions to be planned digitally before surgery. Precision planning reduces operative time, minimises swelling, and means your provisional teeth fit accurately from day one.
Complex cases accepted
Dr Nadeem’s MSc-level training means complex presentations — reduced bone volume, failed prior implants, medically compromised patients — are handled in-house rather than referred elsewhere. Straightforward cases benefit from the same depth of experience.

All‑on‑4 vs All‑on‑6 — Which Is Right For You?
Both protocols replace a full arch of teeth on the same day. The difference is how many implants support your bridge, and which one is clinically right for your anatomy — not a standardised upsell.
Four implants per arch

The original immediate-load full-arch protocol. Four titanium implants: two anterior, two posteriorly angled to maximise use of available bone.
- Best for: Most patients, including those with moderate to significant bone loss in the posterior jaw — the angled posterior implants are the main reason All‑on‑4 was invented.
- Bone requirements: Works with reduced bone volume. Often avoids bone grafting entirely.
- Surgical complexity: Lower — four implant sites.
- Cost: Lower. Launch price £11,995 per arch.
- Long-term: Clinically proven over 25+ years. High survival rates in published data.
- Trade-off: Fewer implants means each one carries more load. If one fails, it is a bigger proportion of the whole.
Six implants per arch

Six titanium implants with reduced angulation. Greater biomechanical safety margin: more implants share the load, less stress on each, and more redundancy if one ever fails.
- Best for: Patients with adequate bone volume at all six implant sites. Heavier biters, bruxists (grinders), or patients who want the maximum long-term safety margin.
- Bone requirements: Higher — sufficient bone needed at more sites, including the posterior.
- Surgical complexity: Slightly greater — two additional implants placed.
- Cost: Higher — more implants, more prosthetic complexity. Launch £13,995.
- Long-term: More implants means load is distributed more evenly. Some long-term studies suggest fewer mechanical complications per implant.
- Trade-off: Requires bone you may not have. An unnecessary All‑on‑6 is not better than a well-planned All‑on‑4.
How Dr Nadeem decides: after CBCT review and clinical assessment, not as a default. If your bone supports four implants comfortably and your bite forces are normal, All‑on‑4 will serve you well. If you have generous bone and a heavy or grinding bite, or you simply want the additional long-term safety margin and can accommodate the higher fee, All‑on‑6 is the better choice. You will not be upsold to All‑on‑6 unless the clinical case for it is real.
All‑on‑4 In The UK vs Turkey — The Honest Answer
This is one of the most common questions we’re asked. Rather than pretend it doesn’t come up, here is an honest side-by-side comparison — including where Turkey genuinely wins on price.
All‑on‑4 in the UK (Smile Success)

- Surgeon is GDC-regulated — Dr Nadeem is publicly registered (GDC 70213), bound by UK professional standards, and accountable to the General Dental Council.
- Practice is CQC-regulated — inspected to UK healthcare standards. Sterilisation, cross-infection control, and record-keeping are audited.
- Aftercare is local and lifelong — review appointments, adjustments, prosthesis refits, and any future surgeries are carried out here by the same surgeon who placed your implants.
- You don’t fly after major surgery — avoiding the well-documented risks of deep vein thrombosis, sinus complications, and infection associated with flying shortly after oral surgery.
- Recourse is straightforward — if anything ever goes wrong, UK patients have clear routes through the GDC, the Dental Complaints Service, and UK courts.
- Records are UK-protected — under UK and EU/UK GDPR. You can request them, correct them, and they are retained to UK clinical standards.
- Continuity of surgeon — Dr Nadeem personally handles every stage from consultation to final fit, and remains your point of contact for the life of the work.
All‑on‑4 in Turkey

- Headline price is genuinely lower. Turkish clinics can offer significantly reduced fees because staff costs, premises costs, and overheads are much lower than in the UK. This is the one area where Turkey clearly wins.
- Regulation is different. Turkish clinicians are regulated under Turkish law — not by the GDC. Standards vary clinic to clinic; some are excellent, some are not. It is harder to verify individual clinician credentials from the UK.
- You will need to fly — usually twice. Once for surgery, once for the final prosthesis months later. Post-surgical flying carries real clinical risk and is not recommended in the first 7–14 days after implant placement.
- Aftercare is practically difficult. If you need a review, an adjustment, or a repair, returning to Turkey means flights, accommodation, and time off work.
- Complications are harder to manage. UK dentists can and do repair Turkish work, but often at significant cost — and it is usually easier to have done it once, correctly, than twice.
- Recourse is more limited. If something goes wrong, legal routes exist but are harder to pursue across borders.
- True total cost needs honest maths. Clinic fee + flights + hotels + time off work + any remedial UK treatment — the gap versus a UK price narrows considerably once all costs are counted.
An honest note from Dr Nadeem: Turkey is a genuine option, and some patients have excellent results there. If the price gap is the deciding factor for you, I respect that — it is your money and your choice. What I would ask is this: do the full maths including flights, hotels, time off, and the cost of UK follow-up if it is ever needed. Speak to patients who went and had complications — not just those who went and didn’t. And if cost is the only remaining barrier, talk to us about Tabeo finance at 0% over 6, 12 or 18 months before you book a flight. Patients who started with Turkey in mind often tell us afterwards they wish they had done it once, properly, closer to home.
All-on-X FAQs — Honest Answers from Dr Nadeem Zafar
Straight answers — including the questions patients are sometimes too worried to ask out loud.
We take a small £50 refundable holding deposit when you book your in-person consultation — honestly, for two practical reasons:
- Before we started taking a deposit, we had a number of patients simply not turn up, leaving an appointment slot wasted that another patient could have used.
- And we sometimes had patients booking an implant consultation when they actually wanted a general check or opinion on a different issue — because the appointment was free.
Dr Nadeem personally reviews your case and sets aside focused time for every implant consultation. The deposit protects that time and guarantees your slot is genuinely yours.
Here is exactly what happens to your £50:
- If you attend and do not proceed to a CBCT scan — your £50 is returned in full.
- If you bring an existing CBCT scan with you (we’re happy to review scans taken elsewhere) — your £50 is returned in full.
- If you’d like a full treatment plan, a 3D CBCT scan is required: £125 for one jaw, £200 for upper & lower. Your £50 deposit comes off the scan fee — so a single-jaw scan becomes £75, both jaws becomes £150.
The CBCT scan fee is a clinical charge — it covers the cost of running the scanner and is not credited toward any later treatment. We’ve tried to keep it as low as we honestly can; without the scan, accurate implant planning simply isn’t possible.
Zoom consultations: no deposit required. We don’t hold anything on the card for video calls. We’ll just politely ask that you do your best to keep your requested slot — we’re making dedicated time for you, and we value everyone’s evenings.
Completely understood — dental anxiety is one of the most common reasons patients delay implant treatment for years. Here’s what is actually available to you, in order of increasing support:
